We hope that all is well with you and your families.
This letter was sent to you via regular mail on June 27, 2023. We want to make
sure you received it and have sent your email addresses to the email address
below.

We, The VHPOA, are asking for your email addresses and updated phone numbers
to assist us in keeping you informed of all matters concerning Vernon Heights in a
timely and cost-effective manner.

Please feel free to submit responses to Violations, ARB (Alterations Requests),
agenda items, matters of concern, report problems, etc., to email address listed
below. Board meetings are held, usually, the second Wednesday of each month.
Once reviewed by the Board, all submissions will be responded to in a timely
fashion. We welcome all homeowners to join us at the Property Owner’s Meetings,
so your voices are heard.

We ask that you are vigilant in driving defensively on our streets, sharing the road
and slowing down to ensure a greater degree of safety for all.
